New York bouncer charged with assault

Sometimes bouncers or security personnel at bars or dance clubs have to be firm when unruly patrons attempt to get past the establishment's rules without permission. Unfortunately, one New York bouncer is facing assault charges, simply due to the nature of his job.

New City woman accused of drunk driving

It should come as no surprise to New City residents that driving while intoxicated is a serious offense that will be aggressively prosecuted. Even simply being charged with drunk driving can have a detrimental effect on a person's life. And should the person be convicted, they may face a variety of penalties.

2 men face drug charges after traffic stop

New York law enforcement officials took two men into custody after they allegedly sold prescription drugs to undercover police officer. Both men, residents of Attica, are accused of selling Hydrocodone on two different occasions in the same day. Cash bail for one of the defendants was set at $10,000. However, the other defendant was denied bail.
